Was another very cold start to the day but my feet were lovely and warm in 3 pairs of socks!!! At tea break a few of darted into the shop next door for a freshly made waffel so it was nice and warm! It certainly helped with the cold hands!!! I lifted my juvenile skeleton. I then went on to find another and for about an hour maybe 90mins I was shovelling away and then found what looks like an adult skull attached to a child's body. I will know more when the entire of the body is excavated and I can see what is going.
After work today I got to climb to the top of Sint-Romboutskathedraal Tower, all 500 of the scary stairs! I got to see great views on Mechelen but unfortunately due to fog could not see Brussels or Antwerp which can normally been see. I also got to go on to a part of the tower not open to the public. From here the site can be seen more amazing views of the city. I will put photos up at some point.
