Well today, the weather was trying to rain all morning with about 2 spots then would stop however, I then got a text to hope we had better weather here then back home. 5 mins later it decided to give us a few more spots which warranted rain coats to be worn! However it stopped soon afterwards and just kept trying!
My skeleton from yesterday has been lifted but took me longer than usual as I had to lie out and lean into the burial so i could reach it to clean for photographs. The analysis I could do sitting up right but I then had to reassume the laid out position to get the bones out. I had to keep sitting up so my blood could return to the rest of my body. Once I finished my skeleton I started the hunt for another one! It took me an hour to find one. Before I found it I found a juvenile foot with tib and fib and loads of other random bones. Then I used the shovel and knocked the top off of the skull. Thankfully I did not break it off as the skull is just fractured all over. I have yet to find out if there are legs attached to this one!!!! This one is next to my previous two and the skeletons found nearby were headless and legless!!! These ones had loads of skulls none of which were associated with the headless. My view is still of the pubs and there is still the smell of drains in the area but nothing can be done about it as the drain pipes came up to allow us to dig!
Signing off for the night, another early start, 2 more to go and then its the weekend :D :D :D
